Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 employees, help us collectively impact the lives of students and families that we serve through Payroll Deduction. If each employee gave just $1.00 per pay, LLEF could raise over $30,000.00 to support our programs!

Last year, 73 IU13 employees donated $20,748.50! Our goal of $20,000.00 was exceeded thanks to the outpouring of support from those who pledged donations during the 2022-2023 campaign. The LLEF Board of Directors is humbled by your generosity!

The Payroll Deduction Campaign begins Opening Week and continues through the end of September. In addition, IU13 employees can request to have contributions withheld any time throughout the year. Follow these easy steps to get started!

  1. Click here and sign into OnBase (IU13 user name without @iu13.org extension and password).
  2. You may see the message, “This application will not function properly with a popup blocker turned on. Please add this site….” You can disregard this message by clicking the OK button to close and continue to log in to access the form.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Hit submit.

Choose from the following programs:

  • LLEF General Fund – Help LLEF as a whole and its impact on all of the IU13 programs listed below.
  • Academic Enrichment for Advanced Learners – Support advanced/general education students impacted through programs in IU13 Student Services.
  • Assistive Technology – Help to purchase needed equipment for students in IU13 classrooms.
  • Autism Fund – Support the work of the IU13 teachers in Autism classrooms.
  • Community Education – Support the Community Education program in educating and inspiring lifelong learners to meet their individual goals.
  • Community Education Student Assistance Fund – Support adults who need assistance in paying for testing fees, bus passes, work clothing, books, or any other items needed to remove roadblocks to success.
  • Season of HOPE – Your support impacts families each year during the holidays.
  • Early Intervention – Help support IU13 classrooms with our earliest learners.
  • Mini-Grants for Innovative New Services – Give the gift of innovation to empower IU13 staff to create and develop new student services.
  • Refugee Center – Support refugees and immigrant integration in Lancaster County, as well as students and families in poverty at Reynolds Middle School.
  • Resources and Services for Students with Disabilities – Support IU special education services, including multiple disabilities, deaf/hard-of-hearing, blind/visually impaired, job training, life skills, emotional support, and secondary transition.
  • Social Work Fund – Support the work of the IU13 social workers and their impact in the Lancaster and Lebanon county communities.

Donations to the LLEF are subject to an administration fee of 15%.
